What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, debit/credit cards and e-transfer payments.  

What are your credentials? How can I trust you?

The concern is understandable. In today's society, it is very hard to find trustworthy people, especially when it comes to luxury services such as PPF and professional Ceramic Coating installations.. In a market full of false claims, false promises, false advertising and shoddy workmanship, Elegance Auto Restyling stands out by having a fully transparent approach. I am a passionate individual just like you and treat cars as if they were my own. If something needs to be said or done, then that's what I do. No questions asked. No beating around the bush. 

I also offer you the opportunity to watch every step of the process and encourage you to ask questions, so that you know exactly what is being done to your vehicle. I am also fully insured and I am authorized and certified by Ceramic Pro 9H Nano-coatings, STEK Films and 3M Films.

Are you mobile or do I have to bring my car to you?

All vehicles have to be brought to my location. I do not offer mobile detailing.

Are there cancellation fees?

There is a $50 cancellation fees if you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. I always try to get in touch to confirm appointments a few days prior, but it should be on the vehicle's owner to let me know as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
