This car belongs to a regular client of mine. He began using my services in 2012 when he brought his FR-S in for a proper new-car preparation and nano-coating application. Roughly a year later, he fell upon the opportunity to purchase his dream car and didn't miss his chance. The car, however, was not in the best shape as it was already 5 years old when he purchased it.
With this project, I was essentially given the green flag to do what it would take to bring it back to top notch shape. I therefor decided to go with my Pearl Detail Package and an Opti-Coat PRO application. The work was carried out over a period of 3 days and the owner was very happy with the end result.

Here is how the vehicle was delivered. The over all condition didn't seem that bad because of the overcast lighting.
When taking a closer look, I noticed that there was an accumulation of a greasy substance all over the vehicle. My first assumption was "poor quality tire dressing" so I did the old "wipe test" to confirm my thoughts. The tire dressing had slung all over the paint work.
Because I was not doing the engine bay on this car, I went ahead with the wheels right away.
Then it was time to wash and decontaminate the car.
Once the car was finally stripped of all the fillers, waxes and other cover-ups as well as fully decontaminated, I was able to take a look at the real condition of the paint, what I like to call the "Truth."
I then brought the car inside, removed the wing to ease trunk polishing, taped it up and did a test spot on the trunk to dial in the process I would use.
After over 16 hours of polishing, the vehicle was sterilized and finally ready to receive it's protection: Opti-Coat PRO.
Finally, after 3 days and over 20 hours of work, the car was finished and it was time for the final shots.
